Terms for using Construction Hire.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of constructionhire.net and related services operated by Construction Hire, LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive or duplicate accounts, share access contrary to plan limits, scrape the platform, bypass privacy controls, interfere with security, or use the platform unlawfully.

3. Candidate, student, employer, school, and recruiter information

Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they submit. A “verified” record means the identified evidence or verification workflow was completed; it is not a guarantee of performance, employment eligibility, licensure, safety, or fitness for a particular job. Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions, background checks, legal compliance, workplace safety, and employment terms.

4. Contact release and acceptable use

Redacted profiles may be reviewed before identity is released. Employers and recruiters may use released information only for legitimate recruiting and hiring purposes connected to the approved opportunity. They may not resell it, publish it, add it to unrelated marketing lists, or use it to discriminate or harass. Candidate approval does not require a candidate to accept a job, interview, or further contact.

5. Job ads and recruiting services

Job advertisements must be genuine, lawful, and sufficiently accurate to describe the opportunity. Recruiter-assisted services are governed by the scope, fee, warranty, payment trigger, and other terms approved for that engagement. Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.

6. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds

Prices, included access, renewal terms, and payment triggers are shown before purchase. Subscription allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated. Additional profile opens, recruiter packages, reference services, résumé services, and other à-la-carte purchases may have separate prices and conditions. Fees are nonrefundable after the applicable information, package, or service is opened, delivered, or performed, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Construction Hire text alerts

If you separately opt in, Construction Hire may send recurring text messages about employer interest, job opportunities, opportunity responses, and hiring-process activity. Marketing messages are not included in this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of creating an account, purchasing a service, or using the platform.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email info@constructionhire.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and notify us if the number changes. See the Text-message privacy section for how mobile information and consent are handled.

8. Intellectual property

Construction Hire and its platform content, design, software, branding, and workflows are owned by Construction Hire or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Construction Hire a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested services.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, enforce these Terms, address nonpayment, or comply with law. You may stop using the platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, privacy, confidentiality, ownership, limitations, and recordkeeping—will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Construction Hire does not guarantee employment, applicants, candidate interest, placement, verification outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or a particular business result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Construction Hire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions or notices may be sent to info@constructionhire.net or Construction Hire, LLC, 7247 Canal St, Lanexa, Virginia 23089.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or an appropriate account notice.
