Candidate search starts with a redacted experience summary. The employer first sends a job opportunity, the candidate confirms interest, and the employer then chooses an available contact-release option.
Yes. Construction Hire job advertising is free. An active employer plan may still be required for applicant access, candidate contact releases, and other hiring tools.
Yes. Candidates review the company and opportunity before responding. Declining does not release their identity, contact information, or references.
Reference information is stored privately. A candidate separately chooses whether to release references to an employer or authorize recruiter-completed reference checks.
Include the page you were using, what you clicked, what you expected to happen, what appeared instead, your account email, and a screenshot when possible. Do not email passwords, payment details, or private candidate documents.
